Leading Perth three-year-old Disposition was unlucky to miss the Group 1 Australian Guineas (1600m) with a minor ailment in March, but has opened as and maintained status as clear favourite in 2015 Victoria Handicap betting markets at a quote of $3.60 for success with leading online bookie Ladbrokes.com.au.

Yet to finish worse than second in seven impressive career starts, Disposition debuted in spring for four-consecutive race win including both the Listed Belgravia Stakes (1200m) and Listed Fairetha Stakes (1400m).

Suffering his first competitive defeat when second in the Group 2 WA Guineas (1600m), the son of Reset almost responded in the best way possible when running an agonizingly-close second to Moriarty in the Group 1 Kingston Town Classic (1800m) in December.

Having debuted on the east coast for second in the Group 3 CS Hayes Stakes (1400m), Disposition will carry just 54kgs in the 2015 Victoria Handicap and will leave from the central barrier 8.

Amorino is yet to experience much more than a sprinkling of bets for success in the 2015 Victoria Handicap but has maintained status as outright second-favourite at a generous quote of $8.

Having also started his career in Western Australia before transferring to the care of Archie Alexander following his 2014 preparation, Amorino has steadily built to the task over six starts this time in and is aiming for a third-consecutive win after taking out each of the Group 3 TAB Rewards Stakes (1400m) and Listed My Kitchen Rules Stakes (1400m) most recently.

Likely to receive the run of the race from barrier 5, the Snitzel gelding has been confirmed to be partnered by Mark Zahra in the Victoria Handicap who takes over from Craig Williams.

2014 winner Sistine Demon ($9) currently figures as the only other runner available at a quote of less-than $10 for success in 2015 Victoria Handicap markets and is a great chance of a successful title defence.

Posting eight race wins and a further four minor place finishes through his 22 career starts to date, Sistine Demon was unable to make an impact in the Group 1 Oakleigh Plate (1100m) first-up this time but boxed on for a commendable fourth in the My Kitchen Rules Stakes last time out.
